The New Digital Studio.
Some ideas can't survive a slide deck. This one needed motion, voice, and pacing — so the pitch became a film.

A new model needs a new pitch.
A studio model is a way of working, not a product. Written down it reads like a services page; drawn on a slide it reads like an org chart. Neither one lets a prospective partner feel the difference.
So the concept deck was produced as a short film — the same rigor as a storyboarded vision piece, built to be watched once and remembered.
Deck logic, film craft.
The structure is still a deck — premise, problem, model, proof, ask. What changes is the delivery: narration carries the argument, motion carries the structure, and the pacing decides what the viewer remembers.
That trade is deliberate. A film is less skimmable than a deck, so every beat has to earn its seconds.
The film sells a way of working together — the deliverable list would have flattened it into vendor language.
Voice-over does the reasoning so the visuals stay simple and stay legible on any screen.
Each beat is cut to a single idea, so the piece survives being watched once on a phone.
How this maps to leadership principles.
- Think Big: the artifact argues for a new operating model, not an incremental service improvement.
- Bias for Action: rather than iterate a deck for months, the concept got produced and shown.
- Are Right, A Lot: the structure came from what actually persuades partners — premise, problem, model, proof.
- Deliver Results: a finished, shareable artifact that carries the pitch without its author in the room.
